You will be tasked with Recruiting talent and taking a true partnership approach to your work, consistently bridging department needs with that of the broader company. \nResponsibilities:\nSupports and manages recruiting processes: preparation, sourcing, screening, selecting, scheduling, and hiring \nSource prospective candidates for open positions using job boards, applicant tracking system (ATS), and LinkedIn.\nReview and sort incoming resumes, identify qualified talent and schedule candidates.\nIdentify diversity initiatives: utilizing available job boards, career fairs, and networking opportunities.\nManage candidate experience; guiding candidates through the recruiting life-cycle by being highly responsive with candidate communications.\nAssist with building hiring processes that provide equal opportunities to all candidates\nRequired Skills/Experience:\n2-4 years recruitment or Sourcing experience within advertising, marketing, PR, Media industry\nExpert in G-Suite tools and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse) experience is a plus.\nStrong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.\nExceptional integrity, self-motivated and proven track record of thriving in fast-paced environments.\nDemonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.\nHigh caliber to be organized and detail-oriented is a must.\nExperience in creative and production roles a plus!\n**This role can be based in New York or Los Angeles**\nUnsure if you meet the qualifications?
