You’ll collaborate with directors, post producers, creatives, and finishing teams to deliver broadcast-ready and digital-first content that resonates. Ideal candidates are creative problem solvers with a strong storytelling sense, attention to detail, and experience editing branded and commercial content.\nRole Summary\nEdit commercials, branded content, sizzle reels, social spots, and case studies\nWork with directors, producers, and agency creatives to execute editorial vision\nInterpret scripts, storyboards, and selects into compelling visual stories\nManage full editorial pipeline from ingest, media organization, syncing, to online versioning, conform, and final delivery\nHandle multiple deliverables per project, including cutdowns, social formats, and revisions\nImplement client and internal feedback with a solutions-first mindset\nCollaborate with motion, sound, color, and VFX teams during post\nMaintain proper file management and data backup workflows, working closely with Production Operations to maintain company wide workflow standards\nExperience & Qualifications\n3-6+ years of experience editing commercial or branded content\nProficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, with knowledge of Resolve\nProficient in full Adobe Creative Cloud services (photoshop, etc) and how to bring elements into editorial workflow\nStrong narrative instincts and editorial rhythm\nExcellent eye for performance, pacing, and visual composition\nFamiliar with multi-platform delivery requirements (broadcast, digital, social, OLV)\nAble to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously\nDetail-oriented and organized, with excellent communication skills\nExperience with tools such as Frame.io, Dropbox, LucidLink, Slack, Google Drive\nExpectations\nOwn the end-to-end editorial workflow, from media ingest, organization, and project setup through offline editing, revisions, quality control, and final exports/delivery\nCreate and animate text, logos, and on-screen graphics.\nAbility to do Premiere Level/ Social First audio editing and color grading\nExperience in a client-facing role or leading sessions\nPrior experience at an editorial house, ad agency, or production company\nUnsure if you meet the qualifications?
