asynchronous processing and performance optimisation.\nIntegrate services with external APIs and distributed systems.\nWrite clean, testable and production-ready Go code.\nTroubleshoot production issues and perform application performance tuning.\nWork with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.\nCollaborate with architects, developers and DevOps teams.\nRequired Skills:\nStrong hands-on experience with Golang.\nGood understanding of goroutines, channels, concurrency and memory management.\nExperience developing REST/gRPC APIs and microservices.\nStrong understanding of distributed systems and networking fundamentals.\nExperience with PostgreSQL/MySQL and Redis/MongoDB.\nGood understanding of Kafka or other messaging systems.\nFamiliarity with Docker, Kubernetes and Git.\nStrong problem-solving and debugging skills.\nGood to Have\nExperience in financial/trading systems or high-throughput applications.\nExperience building real-time/low-latency systems.\nKnowledge of TCP/WebSocket and network programming.\nExposure to Prometheus, Grafana and
