Head Information Technology Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead IT infrastructure management, security, and endpoint administration.

• Develop and implement IT infra strategies, SOPs, and policies.

• Ensure compliance with SEBI and regulatory IT governance.

• Manage MSPs for effective service delivery.

• Plan and execute patch management (ManageEngine Endpoint Central).

• Coordinate & remediate VAPT findings.

• Design and maintain disaster recovery (DR) and BCP plans.

• Manage IT asset lifecycle, procurement, and licensing.

• Handle servers, switches, firewalls, storage, and virtualization.

• Manage cloud infra (AWS, Office 365, VMware).

• Implement endpoint security (Trend Micro, SIEM, Sectona PAM, Dark Web Monitoring).

• Support cybersecurity audits (ISO, SEBI, SOC 2).

Regular Operational Work (Technical Responsibilities)

Network & Security

• Firewalls (Sophos, Fortinet): Configure policies, set up VPNs, manage NAT, enable high availability, and fine-tune security settings.
• Switching (Cisco): Implement VLANs, manage port-level access, ensure network redundancy, and perform troubleshooting.

Server & Endpoint Management

• Windows/Linux Servers & Desktops: Manage AD, DNS/DHCP, GPOs, backups, and patching cycles.
• ManageEngine Endpoint Central: Deploy OS and third-party patches, track assets, provide remote support, and ensure compliance.

Security Tools & Monitoring

• Trend Micro: Handle endpoint protection, threat analysis, policy configurations, and alert reviews.
• SIEM: Integrate logs, monitor events, configure alerts, create correlation rules, and generate incident reports.
• Sectona PAM: Onboard resources, configure workflows, manage credential vaulting, and perform periodic access reviews.
• Dark Web Monitoring: Track potential data leaks, assess exposure levels, and initiate preventative measures.

Cloud & Virtualization

• Microsoft 365: Manage users/licenses, track email flow, configure MFA, and maintain compliance.
• VMware: Provision VMs, manage vCenter, allocate storage, and maintain high availability.
• AWS (S3, RDS, IAM): Manage cloud resources, configure IAM roles/policies, and review activity logs via CloudTrail.

Backup & Telephony

• Barracuda Backup: Monitor backups, enforce retention policies, validate restores, and prepare reports.
• IP PBX & Phone Setup: Configure extensions, SIP trunks, voicemail, and call routing.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

• VAPT Coordination: Support auditors during assessments, track vulnerabilities, and assist in remediation.
• BCP & DR Management: Maintain DR procedures, execute DR drills, and ensure readiness for business continuity.
• Cybersecurity Audits (ISO, SEBI, SOC 2): Provide documentation, participate in audit walkthroughs, and implement infra-related corrective actions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• MCA / BE (Computers).

• 10–12 years in IT Infra management with 3+ years in managerial roles.

• Expertise in storage, networks, servers, backup, DR.

• Strong hands-on with firewalls (Sophos, Fortinet), Cisco switches, AD, DNS/DHCP.

• Cloud experience (AWS, Office 365, VMware) preferred.

• Knowledge of databases, web/app servers an advantage.

• Strong project management, process automation, and compliance exposure.
