Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Senior OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) Consultant with 8+ years of expertise in OpenText VIM and SAP environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in VIM implementation, configuration, workflow management, invoice processing, SAP integration, and production support. The role requires independent handling of VIM requirements and close collaboration with SAP teams and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, configure, implement, and support OpenText VIM solutions integrated with SAP.
- Configure VIM workflows, approval processes, business rules, invoice validation, and exception handling.
- Manage end-to-end vendor invoice processing, including capture, validation, routing, approval, and posting.
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to resolve integration and application issues.
- Handle VIM enhancements, change requests, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective VIM configurations and workflows.
- Support integration with relevant SAP modules and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation.
- Optimize invoice management workflows and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Resolve invoice processing, validation, and approval-related issues in coordination with business stakeholders.
- Support VIM upgrades, migrations, patches, and enhancements as required.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 8+ years of experience working with SAP products and OpenText VIM.
- Strong hands-on experience with OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM).
- Expertise in VIM configuration, workflow management, invoice processing, and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of SAP integration and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Experience with invoice validation, exception handling, approval workflows, and posting.
- Experience in VIM implementation, enhancements, and production support.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with SAP AFS (Apparel and Footwear Solution).
- Exposure to SAP Accounts Payable and financial process integration.
- Experience supporting VIM upgrades, migrations, and automation initiatives.
Additional Requirements :
- Must be comfortable working from 5 : 30 PM to 2 : 30 AM IST.
- Must be comfortable with the budget of USD 25 per hour.
- Must have a personal laptop.
