DevOps teams.\n\n- Drive performance tuning, Salesforce governor-limit management, and production readiness.\n\n- Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines.\n\nTotal Experience : 6-10 years\n\nRequired Candidate Profile : \n\n- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.com development.\n\n- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Salesforce Flow, and OmniStudio.\n\n- Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) data model and configuration.\n\n- Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP callouts, Named Credentials, and Platform Events.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.\n\n- Experience with deployment tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Azure DevOps.\n\n- Proven ability to lead development teams, review code, and drive technical delivery.\n\n- Strong understanding of Salesforce performance optimisation and governor limits.\n\nDesirable Skills & Certifications : \n\n- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.\n\n- Salesforce OmniStudio Developer certification.\n\n- Salesforce Financial Services
