We believe in a Turquoise culture and approach. \n\nAbout your future role\nAs a Product Manager, you’ll work at the intersection of product, delivery, and client collaboration. This role is for someone who wants to shape decisions, not just coordinate execution. Supported by an experienced PM team, you’ll gradually take ownership of your own areas while acting as a trusted advisor to clients - helping define product direction, approach AI innovation, and measure success.\nDepending on the project, your responsibilities may include elements of Business Analysis, Project and Product Management, Scrum facilitation, and discovery work. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to AI adoption at the organizational level and, over time, specialize in one of these paths based on your strengths and interests.\n\nYour responsibilities\nLead innovative AI projects that leverage Agentic Engineering end-to-end - from discovery through delivery and optimization.\n\nTranslate business needs into clear product strategies, roadmaps, and sprint plans.\n\nFacilitate discovery phases and Design Sprints to define high-impact AI solutions.\n\nManage stakeholders across cross-functional, international teams and ensure clear communication.\n\nOwn project governance, including risk management, budget control, and reporting.\n\nSupport clients in understanding AI capabilities, trade-offs, and business impact.\n\nContribute to internal AI Consulting and Training initiatives by sharing knowledge and improving methodologies.\n\nAre we a match?\nHigh level of ownership, independence, and self-organization.\n\n4+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, or a related role in software development.\n\nHands-on experience delivering AI projects, with ownership over outcomes (not only coordination).\n\nExperience working across the full product lifecycle - from discovery and scoping to delivery and evaluation.\n\nPractical understanding of agentic AI systems (e.g. multi-agent architectures, orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, MCP).\n\nStrong understanding of Agile software development (theory and practice).\n\nExperience facilitating workshops such as Design Sprint or Discovery phases.\n\nConfidence in working with data and communicating trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.\n\nStrong communication skills and fluent English and Polish (B2+/C1).\n\nAssertiveness and negotiation skills.\n\nExperience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, NotebookLM, Others) in day-to-day work, and a strong willingness to work with AI-driven products.\n\nNice to have\nLeadership skills - ability, or willingness, to generate impact and lead - a small project, or a significant part of the company.\n\nExposure to projects involving AI solutions, especially multi-agentic systems.\n\nAgile/Scrum certification (PMI-ACP, PSM, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent).\n\nExperience in consulting or managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.\n\nBackground in business analysis or change management.\n\nFamiliarity with lean management tools.\n\nPerks & Benefits\nTeam-building & Company Events - After a day of focused work, there's nothing better than having a much-deserved mental break from responsibilities.
