years of experience as a UX designer\nFluency in using AI tools, Figma, Miro, Webflow\nAbility to plan the design of products from scratch for different clients (from start-ups to corporations)\nStrong communication and collaboration skills\nWillingness to participate in creating AI products\nKnowledge of design principles\nExperience with design systems\nAbility to experiment and find new solutions\nExperience with analytics and user behavior tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar\nNice to have:\nWork experience in a software agency\nUX research experience: tools and methods\nExperience with UX audits\nTech stack\nFigma, UX design, Narzędzia AI, Miro, Webflow, Design System, Komunikacja, Prototyping, Google Analytics,
