VBA delivers the flexibility, functionality and technology you need to administer multiple lines of business on a secure, cloud-based platform.
Backed by Spectrum Equity

Whatare we looking for?

VBA is seeking a Data Integration Analyst II to support healthcare client implementations and data integrations across eligibility, claims, enrollment, authorization, accumulator, and payment workflows.

This role focuses on healthcare EDI integration analysis, file mapping, validation, troubleshooting, and coordination between healthcare clients, vendors, trading partners, and internal technical teams. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely data exchange between external systems and VBA solutions.

As a Data Integration Analyst II, you will work directly with healthcare clients, vendors, and EDI Developers to gather requirements, interpret X12 transactions, validate integration files, troubleshoot data issues, and support successful implementation delivery. This role requires someone who is comfortable navigating both technical and client-facing conversations while managing multiple integrations in a fast-paced environment.

This is not a traditional data analytics, reporting, or software development role. Success in this position requires hands-on healthcare EDI integration experience, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to understand how data moves between payer, vendor, and client systems.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting healthcare payer, TPA, or benefits administration integrations and understands the operational impact accurate data exchange has on claims processing, eligibility, authorizations, enrollment, and member experience.

Client Impact

The work completed by the Data Integration Analyst II directly impacts how healthcare data moves between clients, vendors, providers, and VBA solutions. Accurate and timely integrations help ensure members receive access to care, claims are processed correctly, eligibility is maintained accurately, and critical healthcare information is exchanged without disruption.

Success in this role contributes directly to smoother client implementations, stronger operational performance, improved client experiences, and better outcomes for the organizations and members VBA supports.
