Your responses will be kept confidential and used solely to support fair and consistent hiring decisions.\nWhat are we looking for in this position?\n5+ years of experience supporting healthcare EDI integrations, healthcare implementations, or healthcare systems analysis \nRequired hands-on experience working with 834 eligibility and enrollment files \nExperience interpreting, mapping, validating, and troubleshooting X12 files including 834, 837P, 837I, 837D, 835, and 278 transactions \nExperience supporting eligibility, enrollment, claims, authorization, accumulator, or payment integrations \nExperience working with healthcare payers, TPAs, health plans, or healthcare administration platforms \nExperience working with EDI, SFTP, API, or other healthcare data exchange methods \nExperience gathering and documenting technical and business requirements for healthcare integrations and implementation workflows \nExperience supporting implementation testing, file validation, quality assurance, and production issue resolution \nAbility to identify and troubleshoot mapping issues, data discrepancies, and integration errors across multiple systems \nStrong understanding of healthcare data workflows and how information moves between payer, vendor, and client systems \nAbility to communicate technical integration concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders \nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple implementation and integration priorities simultaneously \nExcellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills \nExperience with Microsoft SQL Server or data querying for validation and troubleshooting purposes preferred \nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams\nWhat will you be doing?\nAct as the primary liaison between healthcare clients, vendors, trading partners, internal implementation teams, and EDI Developers throughout integration projects \nLead requirements gathering sessions with clients and vendors to review file layouts, business rules, integration workflows, and implementation requirements \nInterpret, map, validate, and troubleshoot X12 transactions including 834, 837P, 837I, 837D, 835, and 278 files \nSupport integrations related to eligibility, claims, enrollment, authorizations, accumulators, ID cards, and payment workflows \nReview inbound and outbound integration files to identify formatting issues, mapping gaps, inconsistencies, and data quality concerns \nCreate and maintain interface mapping documentation and functional specifications for internal EDI Developers and technical teams \nCoordinate integration testing efforts, validate file accuracy, and support quality assurance activities during implementation and production support \nTroubleshoot integration and file transmission issues and work directly with clients, vendors, and internal teams to drive resolution \nTranslate technical integration requirements and data issues into clear communication for non-technical stakeholders \nSupport multiple concurrent client implementations and integration timelines in a fast-paced environment \nProvide ongoing production and operational support for existing client integrations as needed \nCollaborate closely with implementation, development, configuration, and support teams to ensure successful integration delivery and client outcomes \nMaintain professional, responsive communication across all client, vendor, and internal interactions \nAll other duties as assigned\nTravel Requirements: 0%\nLocation: Remote\nWhat can VBA offer you?\nPurposeful Work.
