Je bouwt voort op een bestaande praktijk, bepaalt mede de koers en geeft leiding aan een compact team.\nHet team en de functie\nOnze Corporate Litigation-praktijk maakt deel uit van het team Corporate / M&A, waarin advocaten en notarissen samenwerken. Wij adviseren en procederen voor nationale en internationale ondernemingen, investeerders, aandeelhouders en bestuurders. Daarbij gaat het onder meer om aandeelhoudersgeschillen, enquêteprocedures, geschillen na overnames en bestuurders- en toezichthoudersaansprakelijkheid.\nAls (aankomend) partner Corporate Litigation bouw je verder aan een groeiende praktijk en ontwikkel je je tot het boegbeeld van het team. In nauwe samenwerking met je collega’s van Corporate/M&A en Herstructurering & Insolventie geef je vorm aan een onderscheidende propositie op het gebied van corporate geschillen en aanpalende vraagstukken. Je schakelt soepel op boardniveau, met aandeelhouders en mede-adviseurs. Daarbij stuur je een klein team aan en begeleid je collega’s in hun ontwikkeling.\nWij bieden\nDe kans om een bestaande Corporate Litigation-praktijk verder uit te bouwen bij een kantoor dat investeert in sectorkennis, innovatie en ondersteuning met data en technologie\nEen fijne werkomgeving met aandacht voor open communicatie, persoonlijke verhoudingen en samenwerking\nRuime gelegenheid om je collega's te leren kennen tijdens de vele sociale activiteiten, zoals de wekelijkse donderdagmiddagborrel, sportactiviteiten, ons kantoorweekend en andere uitjes\nEen beloningspakket en afspraken over faciliteiten en overige voorwaarden die passen bij jouw ervaring en de invulling van de rol\nRequirements\nJij bent\nMinimaal twaalf jaar werkzaam als advocaat\nErvaren in complexe ondernemingsgeschillen, waaronder enquêteprocedures, geschillen na overnames en aandeelhoudersgeschillen\nOndernemend en strategisch ingesteld, met een eigen netwerk in opbouw\nMensgericht en iemand die graag samenwerkt en collega’s begeleidt\nSociaal, nieuwsgierig en to the point\nProactief, flexibel en oplossingsgericht\nOver VBK\nWij zijn nieuwsgierig, to the point en verbonden met elkaar, onze cliënten en de maatschappij.
