Daarom zoeken we een functioneel beheerder die onze applicaties optimaal laat aansluiten op het werk van collega’s en de mogelijkheden van Microsoft 365 en AI vertaalt naar praktische, verantwoorde toepassingen.\nOver de rol\nAls functioneel beheerder zorg je dat onze applicaties en digitale werkwijzen goed aansluiten op de dagelijkse praktijk en zich blijven ontwikkelen. Je beheert de functionele inrichting en autorisaties, houdt documentatie en werkinstructies actueel en vertaalt gebruikerswensen, knelpunten en kansen naar functionele verbeteringen. Je begeleidt wijzigingen daarbij van test tot implementatie.\nJe vormt de verbinding tussen gebruikers, processen en techniek en werkt nauw samen met de Head of IT, collega’s uit de organisatie en onze externe IT-partners. Samen met de Head of IT vorm je het interne IT-team van ons kantoor in Utrecht.\nMicrosoft 365 & kernapplicaties\nJe aandachtsgebied omvat onder meer Microsoft 365, iManage, LegalSense en AFAS.\n\nJe benut de mogelijkheden binnen deze applicaties om werkprocessen in de juridische praktijk en business services slimmer en eenvoudiger in te richten.\n\nAI-toepassingen & adoptie\nJe werkt met een breed aanbod aan AI-tools, waaronder Microsoft Copilot en Copilot Studio, Chat.VBK, Legora en overige specialistische juridische tools.\n\nJe beoordeelt waar deze en toekomstige AI-tools meerwaarde kunnen bieden en draagt bij aan pilots, implementaties en de verdere ontwikkeling ervan.\n\nJe ontwikkelt instructies en helpt collega’s om de beschikbare AI-tools bewust, effectief en verantwoord toe te passen.\n\nIT-middelen & praktische ondersteuning\nJe verzorgt het IT-voorraadbeheer, waaronder de registratie, uitgifte, inname en vervanging van apparatuur.\n\nAxians verzorgt de eerste- en tweedelijnsondersteuning en is drie dagen per week op locatie. Op de overige dagen spring je bij urgente situaties zo nodig bij, bijvoorbeeld door apparatuur aan te sluiten of om te wisselen.\n\nWij bieden\nEen fijne werkomgeving met aandacht voor open communicatie, persoonlijke verhoudingen en samenwerking.\n\nAlle ruimte om je persoonlijk en professioneel te ontwikkelen, onder andere door cursussen en opleidingen.\n\nVeel sociale activiteiten, zoals onze donderdagmiddagborrel, sportactiviteiten, uitjes en het kantoorweekend.\n\nEen bruto maandsalaris tussen €4.000 en €5.500 op basis van 40 uur per week, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring.\n\nEen Microsoft Copilot+ laptop, iPhone, NS Business Card, leasefiets of fietskilometervergoeding, goede pensioenregeling en flexibele (thuis)werktijden.\n\nRequirements\nJij bent\nErvaren in functioneel beheer, applicatiebeheer of een vergelijkbare rol en beschikt over hbo-werk- en -denkniveau.\n\nGoed thuis in Microsoft 365 en de Office-applicaties.\n\nGeïnteresseerd in AI en in staat om AI praktisch en verantwoord toe te passen in je eigen werk en binnen de organisatie.\n\nBij voorkeur bekend met iManage, LegalSense en/of AFAS.\n\nAnalytisch, servicegericht en communicatief sterk.\n\nGestructureerd en pragmatisch ingesteld en bereid om incidenteel collega's te ondersteunen in eenvoudige fysieke IT-handelingen.\n\n36-40 uur per week beschikbaar\n\nOver ons\nWij zijn nieuwsgierig, to the point, en verbonden met elkaar, onze cliënten en de maatschappij.
