of the Role\nThe Compliance Officer will help ensure that the company operates in accordance with applicable government regulations, internal policies, professional standards, and accepted business practices.\nMain Responsibilities:\nMonitor and support the effective implementation of the company’s compliance program.\nEnsure compliance with relevant government agencies, including PEZA, BIR, BOI, SEC, and DOLE.\nPrepare and submit required compliance reports to government agencies within established deadlines.\nMaintain accurate records and documentation of compliance activities.\nMonitor regulatory updates and identify potential compliance risks or concerns.\nKeep management informed of significant compliance matters and regulatory requirements.\nCoordinate with internal and external auditors and maintain readiness for audits.\nCollaborate with external consultants, legal counsel, and key stakeholders on compliance-related matters.\nSupport the implementation and maintenance of effective internal controls, policies, and procedures.\nConduct or coordinate risk assessments and facility inspections.\nProactively review processes, practices, and documentation to identify compliance gaps and areas for improvement.\nRespond to stakeholder due diligence requirements.\nSupport compliance-related education and training initiatives across the organization.\nContinuously identify opportunities to improve the company’s compliance processes.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.\nExperience in audit coordination and dealing with regulatory bodies.\nKnowledge of applicable legal and regulatory requirements, particularly PEZA, BOI, SEC, DOLE, and other relevant government agencies.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\nFamiliarity with relevant industry practices and professional standards.\nStrong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\nGood business acumen.\nHigh level of integrity and professional ethics.\nBenefits\n500K per incident
