This position is responsible for the preparation of management reports, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, ensuring that organizational goals are achieved effectively and efficiently.\nMain duties include:\nPrepare monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.\nAnalyze financial information and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving profitability and efficiency. \nAssist in the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts, collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. \nConduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between budgeted and actual results, working closely with departmental managers to address issues and opportunities. \nProvide reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial performance trends to senior management, highlighting areas of concern and recommending solutions. \nPrepare reports per cost centres / revenue centres as may be required by the Management \nSupport month-end closing processes, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded in compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. \nParticipate in financial modeling and projections to support strategic planning initiatives and business development activities. \nAssist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for stakeholders and regulatory compliance. \nCollaborate with auditors during annual audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations as required. \nKeep updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in management accounting. \nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
