The role combines strong analytical capability, attention to detail, documentation and process mapping with practical execution supported by project and change management disciplines.\nWorking across both project and operational environments, the Process Analyst engages stakeholders, translates business needs into clear requirements, supports solution design and testing, and helps embed improvements. Success requires an organised, collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without losing sight of process detail, controls or business outcomes.\nMain duties include:\nGathering and documenting business, functional, and operational requirements.\nConducting stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions.\nAnalysing current processes to identify risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.\nDeveloping process maps, workflows, SOPs, user guides, and RACI matrices.\nRecommending and implementing process improvement and automation initiatives.\nSupporting solution design, system configuration, and business rule definition.\nCoordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and issue resolution.\nSupporting project delivery through Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.\nProviding go-live support, training, change management, and business readiness activities.\nManaging stakeholder communications, project updates, risks, and dependencies.\nRequirements\nRequirements:\nProven experience in Process Analysis, Business Analysis, Continuous Improvement, or a related field.\nStrong business requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation skills.\nExperience using Visio or similar process-mapping tools.\nKnowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies is an advantage.\nExperience supporting solution design, testing, implementation, and change management.\nIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis capabilities.\nExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.\nExperience working with remote/offshore teams is advantageous.\nExposure to payroll systems, Workday, or Xero is desirable.\nBenefits\n500K per incident HMO
