of the Role\nThe Senior Facilities Officer is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day facilities operations, workplace readiness, maintenance, safety, an administrative requirement of VBP offices and physical work environments.\nThe role also provides operational guidance and leadership to the Facilities department of VBP.\nMajor Responsibilities\nProvide strategic leadership and direction for Facilities and Environmental Management operations. \nLead, coach, and develop the Facilities Team while fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.\nOversee day-to-day facilities operations, maintenance programs, workplace readiness, and service delivery.\nEnsure compliance with environmental, safety, regulatory, and audit requirements, including DENR and company standards.\nDrive sustainability initiatives focused on waste management, resource optimization, energy efficiency, and environmental stewardship.\nDevelop and implement policies, procedures, governance frameworks, and operational controls to support business objectives.\nManage vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring service quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.\nSupport facility expansion, renovation, relocation, and workplace optimization projects from planning through execution.\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate operational, environmental, and compliance risks.\nLead emergency preparedness, crisis response, and business continuity activities to ensure workplace safety and operational resilience.\nCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance workplace experience and support organizational goals.\nMonitor performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives to drive operational effectiveness and service excellence.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration and others \nAt least 3-5 years experience in facilities, workplace, environmental management, property management building operations or relate function \nExperience in supervising teams, contractors, or service providers is preferred \nWilling to undergo training and be appointed
