工作职责 / Responsibilities
1、贯彻执行公司各项销售/渠道政策，主导销售项目/活动执行，确保责任区域销售目标达成。
2、基于公司目标及市场分析，制定并落实责任区域年度、季度、月度销售计划及预算;
3、系统收集、分析并反馈市场信息、竞争动态及深度客户需求意向，为决策提供依据;
4、负责本区域内优质经销商和分销商的甄选、谈判、签约及持续开发工作;
5、负责/主导经销商团队的管理与赋能工作，包括：产品动销、人员激励、培训赋能、资源协调、异议处理等日常工作;
6、负责销售合同的谈判、签订、跟进执行（订单处理、交付协调）、回款监控及相关风险管理工作;
7、目前常驻地衡阳，负责区域衡阳，未来省内可能有调整。
任职要求 / Requirements
要求拥有1年以上销售工作经验，行业不限
