assessment.\nDesign, lead, and own end-to-end development of predictive and machine learning models, from hypothesis generation to deployment and monitoring.\nBuild, validate, and optimize machine learning and statistical models using best-in-class techniques.\nReview and quality-check models developed by junior data scientists and machine learning engineers.\nWork closely with engineering and business teams to understand data, business terminology, and processes, and create and implement appropriate solutions.\nStay current with advancements in data science and machine learning to better leverage company data.\nUse statistical techniques to detect anomalies and optimize operational workflows.\nCollaborate with product managers and business leaders to drive data-driven decision-making.\nVisualize insights using business intelligence tools where needed.\n\nRequirements: \nBachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.\n8-10 years of professional experience, including at least 6 years in data science, machine learning, and analytics, with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions.\nExperience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nAbility to contribute hands-on to production or project work as required.\nStrong business acumen and the ability to translate technical insights into actionable business strategies and communicate them clearly to stakeholders.\nExpertise in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.\nProficiency in machine learning, AI, and statistics frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.\nStrong experience in predictive analytics, clustering, classification, regression, and multivariate techniques.\nHands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms, especially Azure or AWS.\nStrong understanding of SQL and experience working with relational databases.\n\nNice To Have: \nExperience working with construction-related data or similar industries such
