Manage production RFQs, commercial evaluations, negotiations and sourcing recommendations to deliver timely, commercially competitive and supply-resilient outcomes. The role drives cost reduction, VA/VE, lifecycle-risk mitigation and implementation of approved supplier-allocation strategies. Where necessary, the role works with NPI & Program Strategic Sourcing to clarify sourcing history, technical requirements, supplier commitments and outstanding programme risks, while retaining accountability for subsequent production-sourcing and commercial actions. At Senior level, the position independently manages complex sourcing work packages, leads negotiations within delegated authority, provides fact-based sourcing recommendations and guides Procurement Officers.
