You will also identify discrepancies, maintain accurate records, and report quality issues promptly to support efficient warehouse operations.\n\nWe welcome a professional who takes pride in accuracy, demonstrates integrity, and maintains high standards when handling goods and managing inventory records.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nInspect Incoming Goods: Receive and inspect goods delivered by vendors, verify quantities and product conditions, and confirm the accuracy of delivery documents.\n\nVerify Product Quality: Ensure products meet required quality specifications and agreed standards.\n\nIdentify Defective Products: Detect and report defective, damaged, counterfeit, or incorrectly supplied goods.\n\nReport Discrepancies: Document and escalate shortages, excess deliveries, discrepancies, and other quality issues to the Warehouse Manager.\n\nMaintain Accurate Records: Keep inventory, labelling, storage, and goods-receiving records accurate and up to date.\n\nConduct Operational Quality Checks: Inspect goods during picking, packing, sorting, dispatch, and returns processing to ensure compliance with quality requirements.\n\nMonitor Inventory Accuracy: Track inventory records and investigate missing or misplaced packages.\n\nEnforce Warehouse Standards: Follow and support compliance with established warehouse procedures and quality standards.\n\nPrepare Quality Reports: Compile daily quality assurance reports and follow up on identified issues to ensure timely resolution.\n\nRequirements and Qualifications\n\nA Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Quality Assurance, or a related field.\n\nThree (3) to seven (7) years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, quality control, or inventory management.\n\nStrong analytical, record-keeping, and reporting skills.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.\n\nExcellent attention to detail, integrity, and accountability.\n\nHow to
