Are you ready to take on this challenge?\n\n Born\n\n Engineering, Productie\n\n Bachelor (HBO), Master (WO)\n\n Vast\n\n 32-40 hours\n\nAs a Process Engineer within this Engineering team, your responsibilities include:\n\n Developing process concepts in the areas of production, quality, data, maintenance, logistics, and technology applications. The goal is to deliver a manufacturable product and executable process (within the framework of customer specifications) to your colleagues in the Battery Operations team.\n\n Designing the process, both in the concept phase and in the detailed engineering phase.\n\n Taking actions to achieve more standardization and simplifications in design.\n\n Selecting processes that meet the specified requirements.\n\n Monitoring critical aspects of the work.\n\n Ensuring that processes comply with applicable regulations.\n\n Providing support to the engineering and production team during product and process development.\n\n Coordinating activities, both internally and externally.\n\nYour strength\n\nTo fulfill this role effectively, it’s important that you have:\n\n Preferably a Master's degree (in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar), supplemented with work experience in the automotive and/or production environment.\n\n Willingness to learn new engineering software.\n\n Demonstrable analytical thinking skills.\n\n Ability to translate analysis into solutions and implementation with corresponding planning.\n\n A passion for innovation, renewal, and an open culture.\n\n Proficiency in the English language.\n\nThe strength of VDL\n\nWorking at VDL Mobility Innovation Centre means working at an innovative, entrepreneurial company where 'strength through cooperation' is key.
