Jij vertaalt complexe space- en klantvereisten (bijv. AS9100, IPC Class 3) naar duidelijke, werkbare instructies voor de werkvloer en processen voor het projectteam. Dankzij jouw analytisch vermogen en praktische aanpak zorg je ervoor dat onze space-projecten voldoen aan de hoogste kwaliteitsstandaarden. Je zorgt ervoor dat processen niet alleen robuust en compliant zijn, maar ook praktisch uitvoerbaar.\nJe werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:\nVertalen van space- en kwaliteitsnormen naar concrete werkinstructies en productieprocessen.\nOndersteunen van operators en engineers bij de implementatie van hoogwaardige kwaliteitsstandaarden (space-grade).\nBorgen van kwaliteit gedurende het gehele proces: van design tot assemblage en test. Middels gedegen risico management en een “first time right” mindset.\nFungeren als aanspreekpunt voor kwaliteit binnen multidisciplinaire projectteams.\nMeewerken aan een innovatief space project met hoge eisen aan betrouwbaarheid en prestaties.\nJouw kracht\nJe bent analytisch sterk, communicatief vaardig en in staat om complexe eisen begrijpelijk te maken voor de werkvloer. Daarnaast breng je het volgende mee:\nHBO/WO opleiding in een technische richting (bijv. werktuigbouw, elektrotechniek, aerospace) \nErvaring met quality engineering in een high-tech omgeving waarbij kennis van ISO AS9100 processen een sterke pré is. \nKennis van normen zoals ECSS, IPC-620 (Class 3) en of space addendum of vergelijkbaar is een pré. \nSterk analytisch vermogen én het talent om complexe eisen begrijpelijk te maken. \nCommunicatieve vaardigheden om soepel te schakelen tussen engineering en productie \nDe kracht van VDL\nBij VDL ETG Almelo werk je in een internationale industriële familieomgeving waar continuïteit en samenwerking voorop staan.
