improvements to increase efficiency, automation, and data accuracy.\nCollaborate with business users, global ERP teams, and external vendors to deliver effective system solutions.\nDevelop and maintain system documentation, training materials, and user guides.\nProvide user training and functional support to drive effective system adoption and compliance.\nEnsure adherence to system governance, audit requirements, and company standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives.\nRequirements\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in ERP support, business applications, finance systems, or related roles.\nKnowledge of ERP Finance processes, including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Costing, and Cash Management.\nExperience with ERP integrations, APIs, middleware, or interface support.\nFamiliarity with Infor LN, BaaN IV, Infor ION, API, and BOD integration technologies is an advantage.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, and reconciliation.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.\nEffective communication skills with the ability to work across cross-functional and global teams.\nExperience in manufacturing environments and continuous improvement methodologies will be an added
