The role ensures alignment with PMO frameworks, facilitates clear communication and reporting, and assists project teams throughout the entire delivery lifecycle.\nYou’ll play a key part in maintaining the integrity of programme data, promoting operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement through the application of LEAN and Kaizen principles. By championing standardisation, ensuring compliance with PMO processes and supporting the adoption of tools and frameworks, the Programme Operations Specialist contributes to the delivery of high-quality outcomes and enhanced stakeholder engagement across the business, whilst supporting a higher level of collaboration, cross-functional engagement, and team-based decision-making.\nWho are we looking for?\nWe envision you’ll have:\nA qualification or comparable experience in business administration, project management, information management or similar\nExcellent organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively\nProficiency in project management and collaboration tools, including Project Online, MS Teams, Outlook and document management systems\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders\nStrong analytical skills to monitor data quality, identify issues and support resolution processes\nA sound understanding of governance frameworks and practices, compliance processes and project lifecycle stages.
