This is an opportunity to join a performance-oriented, analytically rigorous environment with meaningful exposure to executive leadership.\nWe are seeking a high-performing FP&A Analyst with 3+ years of experience to play a critical role in financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis. This role is designed for a top-tier finance professional who combines strong technical skills with business judgment and intellectual curiosity.\nThe ideal candidate has experience in SaaS or recurring revenue environments and thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability settings. You will work directly with senior leadership to support decision-making, improve forecasting accuracy, and drive value creation initiatives.\n What You'll Do:\nSupport monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting needs including forecasting, management reporting, lender/investor reporting.\nDevelop business insights across all functions of the business, partnering with leaders to improve decision making and performance.\nAssist in annual budgeting and continuous monitoring of performance against budget, supporting our business to meet or exceed plan metrics.\nDevelop dynamic financial models to evaluate growth initiatives, investments, and cost optimization opportunities.\nAnalyze key SaaS metrics including ARR, MRR, bookings, churn, retention, CAC, LTV, and gross margin.\nSupport private equity reporting requirements and ad hoc performance analysis.\nContribute to data integrity and reporting discipline expected in a high-performing, accountability-focused environment.\nEnhance reporting automation and financial systems.\nBuild scalable solutions to improve processes across the organization.\nSupport implementation and optimization of FP&A and BI tools.\nOther duties as assigned.\nRequirements\n3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting, or similar experience\nExperience in SaaS or recurring revenue business models\nAdvanced financial modeling capabilities with strong Excel proficiency\nExperience working with ERP and planning systems (NetSuite, Adaptive, etc.)\nAbility to synthesize complex data into clear executive-level insights\nBusiness acumen with a value-creation mindset\nAnalytical and problem-solving skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nHighly detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy\nPreferred:\nExperience in a high-growth or private equity-backed environment\nStrong understanding of SaaS unit economics and revenue drivers\nFamiliarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)\nSQL or advanced data analysis skills a plus\n What You Can Expect From Us:\nFriendly, open, and casual work environment\nComprehensive benefits package effective the first of the month after hire\nMatching 401(k) retirement plan\nHealthy work-life balance with flexible work arrangements and generous time off\nGenerous referral incentive program\nTuition Reimbursement Program\nPet Insurance\nOnePass Gym/Wellness Discount Program\nCalm Health-Employee Membership\nCompany social events\nEmployee Resource Groups\nPhilanthropic opportunities\nWhat We Value:\nTeamwork - Above all, we’re a team.
