You will lead cross-department initiatives and collaborate closely with teams across Sales, Customer Experience, Product Management, Demand Gen, and Product Marketing to deliver our safety, compliance and workforce platform. You will own complex projects and apply diverse skillsets-from strategy and execution to growth, retention, and operations-to deliver outcomes.\nWhat You'll Do:\nStrategic Leadership & Market Insight:\nAssist with the development and execution of a forward-looking product strategy tailored to commercials customer base, using multiple data sources.\nBuild comprehensive business cases for new market opportunities and emerging trends in our sub-sectors.\nAnalyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to ensure our offerings remain relevant and impactful.\nCross-Functional Collaboration & Project Ownership:\nForge strong relationships with internal teams, including Sales, Customer Experience, Product Management, Demand Gen, and Product Marketing, to ensure cohesive project execution.\nTake full ownership of cross-department projects from conception through implementation, driving initiatives that span strategic planning, operational execution, growth initiatives, and customer retention.\nProduct & Performance Management:\nAnalyze the effectiveness of our software solutions and training programs with a focus on profitability and key performance metrics.\nManage pricing strategies and product catalogs to drive efficiency and sustainable growth.\nIdentify business opportunities that will drive greater competitive differentiation, develop business cases, and prioritize with stakeholders across the organizations, accounting for tradeoffs.\nData Insights:\nConduct data analysis across multiple data sets using Claude to develop actionable insights that drive improved bookings and retention.\nManage our Workplace Safety Seal program including data analytics and rubrics for recipients.\nRequirements\nSkill Set:\nAnalytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to deconstruct complex challenges and convert high-level requirements into detailed, actionable projects.\nEffective Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with a talent for conveying technical concepts to varied audiences.\nAdaptability: Comfortable navigating a dynamic environment while influencing outcomes across multiple teams.\nAnalytics and Storytelling: Strong data analysis skills, including advanced use of Claude and Excel.
