This extends from increasing the profitability of existing products to developing new products. The Senior Product Manager will identify, prioritize, document, elaborate and guide the effort required to create product, documentation, collateral, and demonstrations. The Senior Product Manager serves as subject matter expert in all things related to the use of the product, its place in the market, the competitive landscape and product positioning.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nPerform competitor, customer, and market analysis to identify customer needs, trends market gaps, and new product opportunities.\nDevelop product positioning, pricing, channel, and marketing strategies.\nRecommend product and website enhancements to improve user experience.\nTrack performance of products to assess success and communicate delivery against metrics.\nDefine and document product requirements and roadmaps for execution and sales.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams for every stage of product development.\nProvide content to create marketing materials such as product slicks/profiles, webinars, presentations, demos, white papers, and product updates.\nCoordinate product launch activities including working closely with cross-departmental teams.\nWork with the development team to plan, specify and deliver product development projects.\nPrioritize the implementation of new features and set specific timelines.\nTest new product features before release, provide feedback and prioritize issues.\nIdentify and prioritize new areas for content development.\nCreate support and training documents for internal and external users.\nPrepare and conduct sales training.\nManage product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical initiatives and specifies the market requirements in relation to the business’s product.\nEnsure product line revenue achievements consistently meet plan.\nCreate and conduct presentations for executive leadership team to measure product and business plan achievements.\nAct as subject matter expert capable of working across technical and non-technical teams to establish the value and importance for strategic eCommerce initiatives.\nCreate reports to analyze sales data and trends to make product and business decisions.\nRequirements\nWhat We're Looking For:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.\n5+ years as a product manager for technical products or complimentary product experience.\nExcellent interpersonal skills and proven team player with co-workers and customers\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with negotiation skills.\nAble to work effectively in a role requiring management by influence\nStrong attention to detail and highly organized\nDemonstrated ability to work independently.\nDemonstrated ability to understand and communicate technical concepts and learn quickly\nAbility to travel up to 15%\nExperience working within an Agile product development process is preferred.\n What You Can Expect From Us:\nFriendly, open, and casual work environment\nComprehensive, quality benefits package effective first of the month following your date of hire\nEducation Reimbursement Program\nMatching 401(k) retirement plan\nHealthy work-life balance with flexible work arrangements and generous time off\nGenerous referral incentive program\nCompany social events\nPhilanthropic opportunities\nWhat We Value:\nTeamwork - Above all, we’re a team.
