hardware, software, network, and account issues - working independently on your own ticket queue and knowing when to bring in your IT team colleague for the more complex cases.\nSupport employee onboarding/offboarding IT processes, including equipment setup and account provisioning.\nManage, configure, and troubleshoot the cloud services and SaaS tools we use day to day (Microsoft 365, MacOS, Atlassian).\nDocument every IT procedure into a living knowledge handbook, so processes stay consistent and don't depend on any one person's memory.\nMaintain inventory of hardware, software, and other IT supplies.\nSupport billing administration of IT platforms and tools - tracking subscriptions, license renewals, and invoices, and flagging discrepancies.\nBuild simple automations between the platforms we use (e.g., ticketing, HR, M365, Atlassian) to cut down on repetitive manual work.\nUse AI tools where relevant to speed up support work -
