The PLM Engineer will manage and optimize Product Lifecycle Management systems, ensuring seamless integration with AI-driven tools and Agile workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring PLM platforms, defining and maintaining product data structures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, and operations) to support end-to-end product development and change management. The role involves gathering requirements, designing PLM solutions, creating technical documentation, and implementing best practices for version control, traceability, and compliance.
