We value collaboration across teams and countries, honest feedback, and a transparent, friendly way of working.\n Most of our testing is still done by hand, and that slows down our releases. We’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer to lead our move to automated testing and help our QA team make that shift with you.\nWhat you’ll do\nBuild our test automation with Playwright, starting with the most critical user flows and regression tests\nPlug automated tests into our CI/CD pipeline so every merge request gets fast, reliable feedback\nUse AI to write and maintain tests, and test new AI testing tools to keep only what really helps\nDefine what we automate vs. test manually, and improve how we write and track test cases (Xray)\nImprove our QA process from test planning to release sign-off, so test cases are written alongside development and testing starts as soon as a feature is ready\nPlan and run test campaigns (regression, release and pre-release checks), and share clear results with the team before each release\nCoach our QA engineers through the move to automation and work closely with developers, the Product team and the Release Manager\n What we’re looking for\nYou’ve already built end-to-end test automation on a real product (Playwright ideally; Cypress or Selenium also count), in JavaScript or TypeScript\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines and a test management tool (Xray, Zephyr or TestRail)\nCuriosity for AI in testing, with things you’ve actually tried\nClear communication in English\nNice to have\nExperience testing Atlassian apps (Forge, Connect) or other plugin ecosystems\nAPI testing (Postman, REST)\nYou’ve already helped a team move from manual to automated testing\n What's in for you:\nAttractive remuneration\nLunch voucher\nMedical insurance\nAnnual performance bonuses\nFlexible work hours\nHydride remote\n25 days: paid leave\nTeam building activities\nAre you a geeky mom?
