performance of software applications across various platforms and devices.\nDefect Identification and Reporting: Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools (e. g., Jira, Linear), providing clear and detailed reproduction steps.\nCollaboration: Work closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements, provide feedback, and ensure defects are resolved effectively.\nRegression Testing: Perform regression testing to ensure new changes do not negatively impact existing functionality.\nUser Acceptance Testing: Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios and assisting end-users during testing phases.\nDocumentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date test documentation, including test cases, test results, and defect reports.\nQuality Advocacy: Advocate for quality throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.\nRequirements:\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\nStrong understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing.\nFamiliarity with bug-tracking tools (e. g., Jira, Bugzilla).\nBasic knowledge of software development processes.\nSoft Skills:\nExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.\nStrong communication skills to articulate defects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience testing web and/or mobile applications.\nFamiliarity with basic scripting or automation tools (e. g., Selenium, Postman) is a plus but not required.\nKnowledge of SQL for database testing is an
