As part of the DevOps group you will work on products critical to our operations and software that proactively detects issues with systems in the data center, in the cloud, or at customer sites.\nResponsibilities\nDevOps Engineers will have a variety of responsibilities which may include things like:\nDesign and implement pipelines and tools to ensure continuous integration, delivery, and deployment for our products\nDefine and implement tools that enable other teams to follow DevOps best practices\nOwn and deliver a suite of platform services consumed by internal stakeholders across teams and functions\nWork on cloud environments ensuring reliability and availability\nEnsure production deployments are fast, reliable, and safe\nWork with geo-distributed development teams to improve quality and time-to deploy\nAutomate, Automate, Automate\nQualifications\nRequiredRelevant Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)\n1-2 years hands-on DevOps/SRE experience \nBelief in DevOps and Agile principles\nZealous about automation\nComfort in dealing with Cloud deployments, networking, and security best practices\nCI/CD pipeline experience (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)\nHands on experience on Amazon Web Services (AWS)\nHands on experience with Kubernetes\nLinux system proficiency\n\nPreferredStrong container/serverless experience\nProficient knowledge of Python language\nExperience on Hashicorp ecosystem - Terraform, Packer, Consul, Vault\nExperience with telemetry tools/pipelines (metrics, logs, and traces)\nExperience with RDS databases\n\nVectra provides a comprehensive total rewards package that supportsthe financial, physical, mental and overall health of our employees and their families.
