activities in the HRIS and other databases.\nBuild and maintain positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.\nChampioning the onboarding process by ensuring that it is high-quality.\nIdentifying areas of improvement and best practices for HR functions.\nStay updated on the latest trends and best practices in recruitment, as well as the company's policies and goals\nQualification\nMMS HR/MBA/Post graduation degree in Human Resources\nDesired profile of the candidate\n2 to 4 years of experience in HR Recruitment/ Onboarding or a similar role in a mid-sized organization.\nStrong Recruitment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.\nExcellent communication, presentation, people skills, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade others.\nA passion for HR Talent Acquisition and a curiosity to learn new things and explore new possibilities.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software.\nExperience working with any HRIS tool would be preferred.\nWorking on Process Digitalization experience would be more
