Throughout the program, you'll also have the opportunity to participate in weekly professional development sessions, networking events, social activities, and other engaging experienced designed to support your personal and professional growth.\nThe program takes place from June - August 2027 (10-week program).\nYour Role\nAs a Compensation Intern, you’ll own a meaningful piece of work within the People & Culture team focused on simplifying compensation data, processes, or insights for the business. You’ll work with compensation team members, People Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to better understand complex people and pay-related challenges, analyse information, and translate findings into clear, practical recommendations.\nThis role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with numbers, curious about how AI can improve the employee or business experience, and able to turn complex data concepts into simple conclusions that support smooth adoption and implementation across Veeam.
