This role is responsible for managing the entire executive search lifecycle and partnering closely with senior leadership to execute effective talent acquisition strategies for mission-critical leadership roles. \nThis will be an opportunity to contribute to building a leadership team that reflects our values and diverse perspectives, while also helping to define a world-class executive recruiting experience. \nWhat you’ll do\nLead and manage full-lifecycle executive search processes for VP and SVP level positions, both in the US and abroad, including sourcing, assessment, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding readiness. \nPartner with C-level executives and senior stakeholders to develop position specifications and create targeted recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives. \nBuild and maintain strong pipelines of executive-level candidates through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and leveraging industry relationships. \nConduct in-depth candidate assessments to evaluate leadership capabilities, cultural fit, and functional proficiency. \nProvide a high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely and transparent communication. \nCarry the experience through Day 1: Stay connected with new executive hires between offer acceptance and start date, coordinating pre-start touchpoints and first-day logistics with the hiring leader's office and People & Culture so they arrive feeling expected and welcomed.\nAdvise hiring managers and interview panels on best practices for executive recruitment, interview techniques, and selection criteria. \nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, compensation benchmarking, and competitive intelligence for executive talent. \nEnsure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies. \nWhat you’ll bring \nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. \n10+ years of progressive experience in executive recruiting, with a focus on VP and SVP level placements. For this role, the compensation range below reflects the expected total target compensation (TTC), inclusive of base pay and a competitive performance-based bonus.
