Throughout the program, you'll also have the opportunity to participate in weekly professional development sessions, networking events, social activities, and other engaging experienced designed to support your personal and professional growth.\nThe program takes place from June - August 2027 (10-week program).\nThis role is hybrid in the Alpharetta, Georgia office for 2-3 days a week. \nProfessional Services Intern\nAbout the Role\nAs a Professional Services Intern, you'll get a front-row seat to how we build and maintain long-term technical relationships with our customers. You'll support our Technical Account Managers (TAMs) and Enterprise Architects (EAs) as they help customers get the most value out of their data protection and resilience solutions. This is a great opportunity to learn the fundamentals of customer success, technical relationship management, and enterprise IT environments - no prior product experience required.\nWhat You'll Do\nShadow TAMs during customer check-ins and business reviews to learn how technical relationships are managed\nShadow Enterprise Architects to learn how to prepare and deliver customer engagements\nHelp prepare account summaries, meeting notes, and status reports for customer-facing meetings\nAssist in tracking customer health metrics, open issues, and follow-up action items\nSupport the team in organizing documentation, knowledge base articles, and internal resources\nParticipate in internal training sessions to build foundational product and industry knowledge\nHelp identify trends across accounts that could be useful for the broader Professional Services team\nCollaborate with Support, Sales, and Engineering teams on cross-functional projects\nWhat We're Looking For\nCurrently pursuing a degree in Business, IT, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)\nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal\nA genuine interest in technology and customer relationships\nComfortable learning new tools and software quickly\nDetail-oriented with good organizational and time-management skills\nA collaborative, curious mindset - willing to ask questions and learn on the fly\nNo prior experience with our products required - we'll teach you what you need to know\nWhat You'll Gain\nHands-on exposure to enterprise customer relationship management\nMentorship from experienced TAMs and PS leadership\nFoundational knowledge of data protection, cloud, and IT infrastructure concepts\nReal project ownership and visibility into customer-facing work\nPotential path toward a full-time TAM or PS role after graduation\nBenefits\nAs a paid intern at Veeam, you’ll receive:\nPaid Company Holidays during your internship\nTech Stipend to help set up your workspace\n8 Hours of Paid Volunteer Time through our Veeam Cares Program\nPersonal and Professional Development through our Internship Program\nWe’re committed to providing a supportive and rewarding internship experience.\nThe pay range posted is an hourly rate of base pay.
