About the Role\nThe Senior Deal Desk Analyst will be partnering as a trusted advisor with Veeam’s sales, renewal, finance, legal, and channel teams, as well as with Senior Management throughout the Non-Standard Quotation (NSQ) deal process. The Deal Desk Manager will be responsible for driving and facilitating review of Non-Standard Deals, based on a holistic picture and communication with all teams involved. The Deal Manager will help optimizing commercial, technical, financial, as well as contractual terms.\nWhat You’ll Do\nResponsible for assisting both the channel and direct Sales teams with the accuracy of non- standard pricing, licensing and related policies/procedures around Veeam Sales process for Sales transactions\nBe a valued business partner for sales, legal, finance, renewals and Senior management to ensure necessary cross-functional alignment\nWork with sales leadership to maximize margins and manage discount levels through a structured approval process\nMaintain and train sales teams on how to use various sales tools, such as Non-Standard-Quoting Tool (NSQ), Enterprise License - and other Frame/Discount Agreements.\nHandles day-to-day transactional deal non-standard pricing requests and ensures compliance with internal standards and policies\nDevelop relevant cross-functional relationships to understand products, competition, and the competitive market\nEnable an informed decision making of Veeam’s Senior Management of large and complex deals\nMaintain reports and data on discounting trends and present it to sales management per request\nOther duties as assigned\nWhat You’ll Bring\nThree years minimum relevant working experience in deal desk or finance, sales or sales operations in technology or comparable fields.\nBachelor’s Degree required in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or equivalent (a combination of education and experience will be considered).\nExcellent English communication skills and good judgement (Fluency in 2 other Asian Languages as a plus.)\nAbility to evaluate priorities and multi-task accordingly within a time pressured, fast paced, and constantly evolving environment demanding precise and quick decision-making.\nStrong business acumen, combined with a detail-and results oriented approach and ability to achieve results, while focusing on customer requirements and business success, thriving for commercially beneficial outcomes.\nAbility to to identify problems and discrepancies, perform independently analysis of causes and recommend corrective actions.\nMust be self-started, detail oriented and analytical, considers wider geographic impact of action\nProficiency with Sales Force and Microsoft Office programs with an emphasis on Excel\nWhat You’ll Get \n15 to 21 annual vacation days (based on role level), plus 4 extra global VeeaMe Days for self-care and 24 paid volunteer hours annually through Veeam Cares\nPrivate medical plan for employees and eligible dependents, including major medical, hospital, surgical, and outpatient coverage\nDental insurance with comprehensive coverage for employees and dependents\nAnnual wellbeing allowance for health and wellness support\nLife and accident insurance for added financial protection\nOpportunities to learn and grow through on-demand libraries (LinkedIn Learning, O’Reilly), mentoring, workshops, and learning events like our annual Global Day of Learning \nVeeam Software is an equal opportunity employer and does not tolerate discrimination in any form on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, citizenship, disability, veteran status or any other classification protected by federal, state or local law.
