This role entails a deep involvement in both hands-on development and team leadership, ensuring high-quality software delivery while mentoring and guiding the development team.\nTASKS\nTechnical Leadership :\nDevelopment Standards: Collaborate with other tech leads and architects to define and apply development standards, architectural guidelines, and coding practices.\n\nCode Quality: Ensure code quality through the implementation of automated testing and code reviews.\n\nInnovation: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.\n\nPerformance & Scalability: Ensure high performance and scalability of the developed solutions, keeping in mind user experience and business requirements.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams (primarily product owners, designers, QA, etc.) to ensure that development efforts are aligned with product and business needs.\n\nTechnical Guidelines: Define technical guidelines for the team based on business needs, in close collaboration with the product owner, developers, QAs, SREs, and Solution Architects.\n\nTechnology Selection: Choose the most appropriate technologies for product needs.\n\nProcess Adherence: Ensure the team follows guidelines and maintains high code quality, adhering to DevOps and QA practices.\n\nTeam Lead\nBalancing workload and priorities across the team.\n\nTeam Leadership: Lead and manage the development team, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.\n\nMentoring: Mentor and coach developers to enhance their technical skills, promote best practices, and encourage professional growth.\n\nTeam Collaboration: Facilitate team meetings (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) to ensure effective communication and collaboration.\n\nManagement Rituals: Participate in HR cycles (FIT, TR, skill matrix evaluation, 121…) and the definition & assessment of OKRs with the support and coaching of the Lead IT.\n\n Regular Meetings: Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with developers to assess progress, address challenges, and align on individual goals (and Officevibe animation depending on the size of the team)\n\nMUST HAVE skills\nProven experience as a lead developer or in a similar role with newly expanded managerial responsibilities.\n\nStrong technical expertise in software development, with a solid understanding of DevOps and QA practices.\n\nDemonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in guiding and mentoring developers.\n\nExcellent project management skills, capable of prioritizing and allocating resources efficiently.\n\nStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.\n\nIn-depth knowledge of architecture, development standards, and coding practices.\n\nStrong experience with .Net C# , Rest API and Webservices\n\nStrong Experience with DB , SQL server and Postgres .\n\nHands-on experience building, deploying, or integrating AI agents.\n\nPractical experience with the Model Context Protocol (MCP)\n\nUnderstanding of agent orchestration, memory, RAG, and workflow automation\n\nNICE TO HAVE skills\nExperience with React;\n\nExperience with microservices and DDD;\n\nGood experience with unit tests and integration
