You won't be watching from the sidelines. You will take on real responsibility and work directly with customers to solve problems within your first three months.\nRamp up quickly. You’ll develop the foundation for a successful, long-term career where you can continually expand your technical expertise, lead complex projects, and evolve with our regional and diverse team.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAs part of our Professional Services team, you are a strategic partner guiding customers through implementation. We will teach you how our software works, and you will use that knowledge to design, configure, and deliver solutions that drive real business value. Your day-to-day will involve:\nDesigning & tailoring the software: You will lead the configuration of our platform to fit each customer's unique business model-setting up workflows, structuring data, and aligning system capabilities to requirements.\nConducting discovery workshops: You will lead interactive discovery workshops with customer stakeholders to gather business requirements, map out existing workflows, and translate their vision into actionable technical specifications for deployment.\nManaging project scope & execution: You will take ownership of core implementation deliverables and keeping project milestones on track from kick-off through go-live.\n Guiding the customer as an expert: You will lead the customer with best practices to ensure their business processes are optimized for maximum long-term value on our products.\nWe require Associate Consultants to come to our Singapore office a minimum of 3 days per week so it gives you easy access to in-person collaboration and support skill development, and social opportunities as you launch your career.\nRequirements\nAcademic performance: Strong performance in your course major. \nBachelor’s degree in Business/ Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomed Engineering, Life Sciences field or other similar degree or commensurate work experience.\nYou thrive in a challenging, intense environment that rewards initiative and rapid learning.\nHave a genuine desire to be hands-on with software and master new technologies.\nFluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to manage time in person and remotely, prioritize and meet deadlines\nWillingness to travel as needed up to 15% of the time\n Legally authorised to work in Singapore.\nNice to Have\nFluency in a second language. \nAn internship or experience with a pharma company· \nCRM System Knowledge and/or Document Management
