customers in the configuration and implementation of Veeva's Regulatory suite (Veeva Registrations, Veeva Submissions, Veeva Submissions Archive, Veeva Publishing) to streamline global regulatory processes\nLead configuration requirements workshops, design, and document, as well as prototype and deploy solutions\nProgram and project management, including resource planning, leading and motivating a cross-functional team\nCommunicate between the project team, customer, and internal stakeholders\nAssist presales/sales teams in defining scope, cost and estimations.\nRequirements\nDeep experience of Regulatory processes in Life Sciences and the relevant compliance considerations\n3+ years’ experience working with or for organizations in life sciences or healthcare either as a consultant, business, or IT representative\nTechnical abilities and willingness to “roll up your sleeves” to design, configure, and implement a RIM solution\nAbility to collaborate and communicate excellently with diverse stakeholders\nTeam player with strong organization skills and an ability to act with speed in a complex environment\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English\nCandidate must be based in Shanghai/Suzhou and have the legal right to work\nAbility to travel 10-30% within China\nNice to Have\nConsulting experience, working with a major system integrator or software vendor\nExperience in life sciences compliance and computer systems validation
