This position provides data analysis, cleansing, and delivery for customer master data, supports internal data project management, and coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of relevant data and maintain data quality.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAssist the Project Manager (PM) with daily project management tasks, including:\nUnderstanding client requirements and supporting the PM in developing data validation and delivery plans. \nConducting project data analysis, processing, and delivery. \nDesigning and developing automated data processing workflows and tools. \nMonitoring project progress, ensuring quality control, and preparing and reporting on project-related process documentation. \nMaintaining project documentation across all phases to ensure completeness and consistency. \nResponsible for submitting, distributing, or sharing relevant documents and reports internally and externally. \nCoordinate communication with company clients, supervisors, and cross-departmental teams.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Management or related fields.\nAt least 3 years of experience in data analysis, data engineering or ETL development, with experience in processing master data in the life sciences/medicine industry.\nProficient in using office software such as Excel and PowerPoint, and the relevant formulas in Excel.\nExcellent coordination and communication skills, project driving ability, good customer service awareness and teamwork spirit.\nStrong sense of teamwork, innovative spirit, highly dedicated, strong sense of responsibility, and strong execution ability.\nCapable of self-learning and summarization, with clear thinking.\nStrong ability to withstand pressure, able to adapt to high concurrency and parallel execution of multiple projects, and remain calm and deliver efficiently when dealing with urgent data and complaint handling\nNice to Have\nCandidates with more than 2 years of project management experience will be given priority.\nThose with experience in data governance in the pharmaceutical industry or in data blueprint/architecture planning projects are preferred.\nThose who can proficiently use Kettle and are proficient in Python and SQL will be given
