By bringing quality management, document control, and supplier collaboration into a single cloud environment, QualityOne helps companies ensure quality, streamline compliance, and speed product execution.\nWhat You'll Do\nStrategy Operations & Executive Support\nGrowth Plan Execution: Partner with the CEO and strategy team to build and track performance against strategic growth plans, key milestones, and business unit plan assumptions.\nCommercial & Pricing Analysis: Conduct industry-specific pricing, packaging, and commercial analyses to inform strategic positioning and profit optimization.\nMarket Research & Planning: Support the strategy team in evaluating and planning entry into new vertical markets through research and analysis, data analysis and cross-team project management.\nCross-Functional Launch Management: Lead cross-team operational readiness and project execution to ensure seamless, on-time delivery for new product launches and market expansions.\nExecutive Intelligence & Commercial Operations\nLeadership Reporting: Own executive-level performance reporting, working with finance and sales ops to construct, maintain, and analyze dashboards for the leadership team to track core KPIs, ARR/CARR, pipeline velocity, and overall business health.\nStrategic Insights & Advisory: Conduct deep-dive analyses on revenue trends, win/loss metrics, and operational bottlenecks, translating raw data into actionable strategic recommendations.\nData Integrity & Governance: Enforce process and data quality standards across the organization, audit CRM data hygiene, and ensure accurate forecasting for executive decision-making.\nGeneral Operations & Leadership Alignment\nCross-Functional Accountability: Drive operating alignment across Strategy, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, advancing priority initiatives and keeping them on schedule.\nExecutive Cadence & Governance: Plan and execute recurring executive leadership meetings, business reviews, cross-functional alignment sessions, and strategic planning retreats.\nStrategic Projects: Lead high-priority, cross-departmental special projects on behalf of the CEO to address emerging business needs.\nRequirements\nProfessional Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, or revenue operations within B2B SaaS or technology.\nGTM & Launch Operational Readiness: Demonstrated experience operationalizing new product launches and market expansion plans in collaboration with strategy and commercial teams.\nExecutive Presence & Influence: Proven track record of working directly with leadership to drive accountability and align teams.\n Data & Analytics Mastery: Strong proficiency in business analytics, CRM environments (e.g., HubSpot), and executive KPI dashboarding.\nCross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated success driving multi-departmental projects from executive vision to execution.\n Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred).\nTravel Flexibility: Willingness to travel up to 15%.\nNice to Have\nMarket Expansion: Direct experience building GTM operational execution plans for launching into brand-new industry vertical.\nPricing & Packaging Strategy: Background in commercial pricing and packaging analysis.\n Consulting Background: Prior experience in management consulting or strategic advisory roles.\nInterviewing with Veeva\nWe value your time and believe in a transparent hiring process.
