In addition, candidate will provide internal finance group with monthly and annual revenue projections, perform account reconciliations, and ensure all customer accounts are in good financial standing.\nWhat You'll Do\nOversight of all financial matters related to assigned accounts\nIntermediary between business team and FP&A group\nSubject Matter Expert on all customer billing, pricing, and financial needs\nKnow all open work orders and purchase orders\nMaintain proper records relating to billed and unbilled amounts by project\nWork with business to understand all necessary charges against work orders\nKeep records related to all billings and revenue recognition related to projects\nMonthly recognition of events, fixed, variable, and project revenue\nInvoicing for all fees pertaining to work performed for customers\nResponsible for all out of pocket (pass through) costs billed to customers\nReview of all invoices raised for customers\nWeekly review of UAR to ensure all costs have been billed (for customers with weekly invoicing)\nWeekly tracking of all out of pocket (pass through) costs applied against prepayments and up to date tracker of current prepaid balance (where applicable)\nMonthly reconciliation of out of pocket (pass through) costs to customers\nMonthly review of out of pocket (pass through) billings/UAR and Events Management system values\nResponsible for all customer facing and internal forecasts\nReasonable estimation for event volumes/pass through costs/and revenue by month to allow for proper internal planning\nMonthly Accruals reporting\nAd hoc Reporting\nRequirements\nAdvanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\n2+ years of related experience\nDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy\nAbility to navigate complex situations and prioritize effectively\nExperience working with large data and complex reports\nAbility to work independently as well as with a team\nGood time management and multitasking skills\nNice to Have\nBachelor’s degree in Business/Accounting/Finance\nStrong interpersonal skills to collaborate with various job levels\nFamiliarity with QuickBooks\nInterviewing with Veeva\nWe value your time and believe in a transparent hiring process.
