We are partnering with our cusotmers in the industry to set a strategic vision that brings an industry-first approach by delivering our customers technology landscape to the Commercial Cloud with the next-generation CRM.\nYou will be at the center of managing all customer-facing teams and coordinating closely with sales to optimize Veeva’s products and services to meet the customer's business needs and drive advancement opportunities for new product sales and product adoption.\nAs the Global Program Manager, you will own customer success with intensity and lead as the services executive that partners deeply across Veeva teams including Product and Sales to bring the best of Veeva in benefit of the customer.\nThis is a customer-facing role that will work from both customer site, home office, and offsite meetings.\nWhat You'll Do\nService Delivery accountability for Veeva’s Commercial product line at one of our largest customers\nDeep partnership with customer leadership, IT, and business stakeholders to define deployment, governance, and transformation roadmap\nEstablish post-deployment application management\nSupport implementation proposals and services contract negotiation\nCoordinate Customer Success Manager activities to drive product value and adoption\nCoordinate Product Management and Product Support activities\nRequirements\n7+ years in large-scale program management within the Pharmaceutical Commercial space (Sales, Medical Affairs, Marketing)\nConsulting experience across multiple functional areas for enterprise pharma clients\nTrack record of success leading diverse global teams to deliver large, complex technology implementations to deliver measurable business results\nExperience in technology strategy and roadmap development for large pharma customers\nProven executive communication skills\nAbility to critically and objectively interpret and evaluate information to effectively influence at the executive level\nSkills in problem resolution, negotiation, dealing with ambiguity, the establishment of effective processes, influencing without authority\nWorks well with third parties: can organize and galvanize a disparate group of people, keeping cadence in the program high\nTravel up to 50% of the time\nInterviewing with Veeva\nWe value your time and believe in a transparent hiring process.
