You’ll be responsible for empowering enterprise companies with best-of-breed cloud-based technology.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead a key enterprise customer in the IT Operations and implementation of Veeva Quality Cloud suite\nManage a multi-year, multi-phased global implementation program, overseeing all aspects of program and project management, including resource planning, team leadership, project tracking, and forecasting\nAct as the primary customer liaison, managing all communication and relationships between the project team, customer, and internal stakeholders\nOversee customer release management programs and IT operations for Veeva Quality Cloud suite\nAnalyze customer requirements and new product features to develop customer adoption and enhancement roadmaps\nMentor project teams and junior consultants within the Quality Services organization\nGuide customers in adopting Quality Cloud and industry best practices as part of post-implementation programs focused on continuous improvement\nRequirements\n8+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Consulting, or Product Management, with a proven track record of leading system implementation projects\nExperience leading large-scale Enterprise projects\nProven ability to work both independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment\nExperience in assembling, planning, resourcing, budgeting, and leading project teams\nExperience designing and executing on effective project governance models for large enterprises\nStrong technical affinity and/or hands-on experience with software implementation\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to engage with senior/executive-level stakeholders\nGood understanding of SaaS and GxP principles\nAbility to travel 25-50%; easy access to an airport\nMust be legally authorized to be employed in the EU.
