You’ll oversee implementing an agile release methodology and managing operations across customer QA, IT, and Business teams. In this role, you’ll have an opportunity to partner and build relationships with some of Veeva’s largest, most complex, and strategic customers.\nThis is a remote, full-time permanent role with Veeva. There is no work location requirement. This is a customer-facing role with occasional travel requirements.\nVeeva Systems does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B, OPT) for this employment position.\nWhat You'll Do\nProgram Lead IT Operations at our customers for Veeva’s R&D SaaS solutions\nFunction as a Primary customer liaison managing communication between managed services teams, customer stakeholders, and 3rd parties\nOversee customer release management programs including resource planning, release tracking, and forecasting\nSupport with the analysis of customer requirements and new product features to develop customer adoption and enhancement roadmaps\nGuide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices as part of post-implementation programs focused on the holistic success and continuous improvement of the customer\nRequirements\n8+ years of experience in IT Project Management\nProven program management track record leading implementation and/or post implementation teams, whilst still have a good understanding of technical knowledge\nProven ability to work both independently and in teams in a dynamic, fast-moving environment\nAbility to quickly understand business requirements and design creative solutions\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills - our company language is English\nProject Management Certification or equivalent relevant experience\nNice to Have\nExperience in the Lifesciences Quality, Clinical, Regulatory, or Drug Safety spaces\nExperience with Data or Content Management applications\nDirect experience with systems such as Veeva Vault, Monday.com, Google Docs, SharePoint, Smartsheet\nInterviewing with Veeva\nWe value your time and believe in a transparent hiring process.
