In this European Strategy role, you will work with customers, partners, and Veeva teams to shape how the market understands and adopts the application. This is a highly customer-facing role for someone who combines regulated-manufacturing knowledge with experience turning complex processes into practical software, services, and field strategies.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead strategic discovery with European life sciences customers to understand their batch-disposition process, systems landscape, release bottlenecks, stakeholder model, and business case for change\nWork with account teams to advance priority customers from working-level interest to senior-sponsored engagement and a clear next step\nAct as the European domain lead, helping Sales, Strategy, Solution Consulting, Services, Product, Marketing, and partners understand how quality, manufacturing, laboratory, document, and ERP processes come together in release\nTurn customer, partner, and market learning into clear product, services, implementation, and field recommendations\nBuild reusable European enablement, including discovery guides, stakeholder maps, account-entry plays, and positioning across ERP, manufacturing execution, laboratory, quality, and document systems\nDevelop relationships with systems integrators, consultancies, advisory partners, and industry organizations, and represent Veeva in customer meetings, executive discussions, webinars, and industry events\nRequirements\n10+ years of combined experience in life sciences manufacturing, quality, or related enterprise software and consulting\nDirect working knowledge of batch disposition or release and the regulated manufacturing evidence and stakeholders behind the decision\nExperience translating manufacturing or quality processes into customer-facing software, consulting, implementation, or transformation programs\nSenior customer-facing experience in strategy, solution consulting, implementation advisory, enterprise software, or management consulting\nThe judgment and presence to lead substantive conversations with Quality, Manufacturing, Qualified Person or release, IT, and executive stakeholders\nWorking knowledge of SAP or another ERP platform and several of manufacturing execution, laboratory, quality, document, and integration systems\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex processes into clear recommendations and reusable field material\nAbility to travel within Europe and occasionally globally for customer meetings, internal workshops, and industry events\nNice to Have\nDirect responsibility for batch disposition, Qualified Person certification, or release-process ownership\nExperience with SAP Batch Release Hub, TrackWise, Veeva Vault Quality, or comparable manufacturing and quality platforms\nRelationships with European systems integrators, consultancies, advisory firms, or organizations such as ISPE; or experience with external or contract manufacturing networks where release evidence crosses company and system boundaries\nInterviewing with Veeva\nWe value your time and believe in a transparent hiring process.
