You will lead best-practice development to maintain platform stability and strict privacy compliance.\nYou will shape a high-impact analytics platform essential for production while solving complex technical challenges. This influential role offers the unique opportunity to balance deep technical problem-solving with a seamless user experience.\nYou will define release plans, specify new features, and collaborate with engineering and data science teams to deliver robust tools. Additionally, you will oversee infrastructure changes and lead platform rollouts to drive performance and usability improvements.\nOwn and design product features start to finish, including features specification, functional & non-functional requirements, user stories, quality control checks and UAT\nManage the prioritization of product features\nAuthor high-quality design specifications within an agile methodology based upon internal stakeholders’ requirements and upstream/downstream systems requirements\nCollaborate closely with Analysts, Engineering, QA, Data Operation and Product Management to ensure products are built and delivered with quality\nFacilitate and apply the Scrum framework to track progress and manage product delivery to achieve product goals\nProvide 2nd-level support to production issues\nRequirements\n2+ years hands-on product management experience, system analyst or other related positions\nExperience working on data/analytic products; able to define success metrics upfront and use statistical significance to validate outcomes\nUnderstand data and data infrastructure, and experience investigating data issues and working with analysts and engineering as needed for complex analysis\nUnderstanding of cloud-based applications and designs\nProficient in SQL; capable of querying large datasets to perform independent exploratory data analysis and validate system logic\nA clear communicator, forming relationships and influencing without authority across all levels of organization\nProven experience in driving execution and focus on delivery\nHands-on experience with Scrum methodology\nBA/MA/BSc/MSc in relevant fields\nFluent in English\nNice to Have\nFamiliarity and experience with the healthcare industry\nExperience working on big data platforms\nGood knowledge of JIRA\nInterviewing with Veeva\nWe value your time and believe in a transparent hiring process.
