By helping treatments reach the right people, we use our engineering expertise to improve the healthcare landscape and act in the best interest of the patient.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn end-to-end integrations for large enterprise customers.\nWork with modern cloud technologies across AWS, Azure, and GCP.\nSolve unique technical challenges involving infrastructure, security, networking, and automation.\nCollaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and customer technical teams.\nInfluence architecture, best practices, and the future direction of our deployment and integration processes.\nLead customer onboarding and technical integration projects from planning through production deployment.\nDesign, deploy, and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).\nImplement and support Kubernetes, compute, networking, storage, and security configurations across multiple cloud providers.\nAutomate deployment, upgrade, and operational workflows to improve reliability and efficiency.\nInvestigate and resolve complex production issues, performing root cause analysis and driving permanent fixes.\nPartner with customers and internal engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and highly available solutions.\nDevelop technical documentation, implementation guides, and operational runbooks.\nMentor engineers and contribute to improving engineering standards, tooling, and operational excellence.\nRequirements\nCloud Technologies - proven experience with at least one of the following cloud providers: AWS, Azure, or GCP\n5+ years of experience leading or managing integration projects, including timeline management\n5+ years of significant customer-facing experience, ability to present to security and compliance customer teams, proven communication skills\nExperience with REST, SOAP, and other API protocols\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines and git version control system\nNice to Have\nGood understanding of security protocols\nExperience with Kubernetes-based applications\nComputer science degree or equivalent\nPrevious Linux System Admin experience\nInterviewing with Veeva\nWe value your time and believe in a transparent hiring process.
