We are looking for someone proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.\nWhat You'll Do\nDrive the full QA lifecycle-reviewing requirements, designing test strategies, and executing tests to ensure product quality\nValidate complex cross-platform workflows and ensure our integrations with external platforms are reliable and seamless\nCreate testing documents, including test plans, KB articles and bug reports\nCollaborate with software engineers, product managers and other QA Engineers in an Agile team environment\nWork closely with automation team to expand automation coverage\nPartner with the team to debug, investigate, and resolve issues\nRequirements\n5+ years of relevant experience in software quality engineering\nStrong expertise in QA methodologies, strong analytical and critical thinking skills\nExperience in testing web applications, APIs, integrations, data flows, and end-to-end business workflows\nExperience in Unix/Linux environments for log analysis and backend debugging\nProficiency with SQL for database querying and data validation\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nA team player who is independent and a fast learner\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, Math, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience\nNice to Have\nExperience utilizing AI testing tools for test-case generation and optimize testing workflows\nFamiliarity with SaaS based Enterprise Software\nExperience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)\nPrior experience in the Pharma Life Sciences domain\nInterviewing with Veeva\nWe value your time and believe in a transparent hiring process.
